The ATEP Facilities Corporation is a nonprofit public benefit corporation and is not organized for the private gain of any person, but under the Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation Law for public purposes.
ATEP Facilities Corporation
The purpose of the ATEP Facilities Corporation is to promote the public purposes of SOCCCD and to lessen the burdens of government by operating, maintaining, and managing the ATEP project located in Tustin, California for the benefit of the district.
