Each semester, we serve 50,000+ students, including international students from more than 70 countries. Widely recognized as transfer leaders, Saddleback College and Irvine Valley College are some of California’s top schools for transfers to universities, including the CSU and UC systems. Whether a student is beginning their college experience, or picking up new skills for a change in career or work responsibilities, SOCCCD empowers individuals to maximize their investment in education.

Economic Impact of SOCCCD on Orange County

In a regional labor market study commissioned by the Orange County Regional Consortium in collaboration with Lightcast, an updated Economic Impact Study has been released, featuring the South Orange County Community College District (SOCCCD) as an economic engine in Orange County, with a $7.1 billion impact on the local economy.
