The list of winners included, South Orange County Community College District (SOCCCD) Payroll and Benefits Manager, Rosie Aguilar, naming her the Eastern Section Member of the Year.

“I am very honored to be selected as this year’s CASBO Eastern Section Member of the Year.  CASBO has been instrumental in my career and has provided personal and professional growth and value to my 30 years in school business.  To be recognized by CASBO’s Eastern Section is especially humbling and meaningful because the membership consists of California school business officials who are dedicated professionals and colleagues at the top of their fields whom I respect greatly,” said Rosie Aguilar, SOCCCD Payroll and Benefits Manager

Rosie, along with the other award winners will also be recognized at the President’s Leadership Recognition Dinner taking place during the CASBO conference at the Long Beach Convention Center.
