The mission, vision, and guiding principles of Faculty of Color Uniting for Success (F.O.C.U.S.) is to provide a supportive space (virtual or physical) in which faculty of color and their allies come together to develop community by creating positive, inclusive relationships, engaging in community-building and social events, which will foster a more attractive and welcoming environment for current and prospective faculty of color.
The F.O.C.U.S. group meets on Zoom from 12 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. on the 2nd Friday of each month in the fall and spring.
