Surplus Property Sale

Pursuant to California Education Code Article 9, Section 81450, notice is hereby given that the South Orange County Community College District of Orange County, California will conduct an Online Surplus Property Sale No. 74 starting on Friday March 20, 2026 and ending on Friday April 3, 2026, for the sale of surplus equipment and supplies and other items that are obsolete and no longer required for general use.

The District has contracted with Public Surplus Inc., a private auction firm, to coordinate the online Surplus Property Sale. All buyers will be required to register with Public Surplus to bid and purchase at www.publicsurplus.com.

Items will be available for preview and inspection on March 23 and 24, 2026 from 12 pm to 4 pm by appointment only at the District Warehouse located in Parking Lot 1 at the end of Security Road on the Saddleback College campus at the 28000 Marguerite Parkway, Mission Viejo. Also at Irvine Valley College behind Parking Lot 8 in the Warehouse and Maintenance yard at 5500 Irvine Center Drive, Irvine and at the Alameda site, at Mission Viejo Business Plaza, 26300 La Alameda, Mission Viejo.

All purchased items from all three locations shall be picked up on April 6, 7, and 8 between 12 pm and 4 pm by appointment only.
