District Fact Sheet Report to the Community 2007

The purpose of the Educational and Facilities Master Plan is to provide a working vision for the future growth of the District’s three campuses through the year 2020.  The growth of the District is driven by the projected growth for each campus.  The Educational and Facilities Master Plan delineates broad solutions for areas of educational growth but details of specific projects will evolve as they are designed in the future.  The participatory process used in the planning of the documents reflects the shared vision of hundred of students, faculty, staff, administrators, trustees and members of the community.  The SOCCCD now has a thoughtfully prepared roadmap to guide the development of instructional programs, student services and facilities.
