jORDAN LARSON

The 2011-12 Student Trustee is Jordan Larson, representing the students of Saddleback College, Irvine Valley College and the Advanced Technology and Education Park (ATEP).

Student Trustee Larson is currently serving a one-year term through April 2012.  After election by his peers, he was sworn into office on May 23, 2011.  Jordan is majoring in financial accounting and economics at Saddleback College. Previously, he attended San Clemente High School.

He has participated in water polo and swimming for two years and has been active in student government, including a position as Business Science Senator. He plans to continue his studies at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. His other interests include chess, recreational basketball, classical music such as Mozart and Beethoven, and local art museums. He plans to try out for the Saddleback basketball team and currently works as a tower lifeguard for Orange County Lifeguards in Laguna Beach. 

As an only child raised by a single mother, Jordan has worked hard all his life to both help and impress his mother.  He is a firm believer that anyone can achieve great things regardless of their background. You can contact Student Trustee Larson at
